Hey Everyone, It's been great reading all of the submissions. Angie and I really appreciate everyone particpating in the contests. The winners are: Poetry Gold goes to Steve Patterson for To The Sky. We'll probably wind up republishing this expression of love next Valentine's Day. What I'd like to encourage everyone to do this month is to submit articles on your own perspectives about the Gulf oil crisis. I'd really love to know what people are thinking and feeling around the country. I'd also like to hear some ideas for solving this catastrophe. If you are a deep southerner and have taken personal pictures of the oil encroaching on our marshes, submit them. Before and after photos of the same shot would be great and would share the personal experience with the world. Don't forget to use all of those 'share' buttons every time you post new work. You'd be surprised who is actually watching for specific authors.

Great photo of Cecelia with the tongue sticking out. Don't know who the unmarried "Lady In Pink" is, but sure hope no drool goes down her neck.
